Courtesy Subaru Loves Pets! - Donna D

Courtesy Subaru of Kingsport, Tennessee has went above and beyond for our local animal shelter, Petworks Animal Services. In 2019, they provided incredible adoption kits for us to send to our forever families. These kits included a bag, daily essentials for your pet, toys, and a personalized note to the adopters. Courtesy also provided boxes upon boxes of brand new toys, food, and litter for our communities homeless pets in our care here at Petworks. In addition to all of this, they have continually marketed our adoptable animals through social media; but they didn't stop there. This year, despite the epidemic, they supported us financially with multiple grants and donations from their own pockets. Courtesy Subaru is the very best and always willing to lend a helping hand to their community! On behalf of all of us at Petworks, Thank You!

Where Love Meets Hope - Blanket Delivery - Lori F

Jamie Bush, with Courtesy Subaru and another Subaru staffer, met Bethany Fields, with the TN Chapter of LLS to delivery blankets to patients at the Ballad Health Cancer Center. They delivered 80 blankets and 30 Arts/Craft boxes to patients who were receiving treatment on June 28th. While we were not able to take photos, the patients they met with loved the blanket and the kindness shown to them. Jamie and his staff paid special attention by writing messages of hope and putting one inside each blanket package. It is always a special time to deliver these and Jamie always stays to help spread love and hope.

Blankets delivered to cancer patients - Lori F

On Wednesday, June 20, two representatives with the Tennessee Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society met with Jamie Bush and another Subaru employee at the Ballad Health Cancer Center to deliver 80 blankets and messages of hope as well as tote bags for patients. It was such a blessing to be able to do this and meet a patient, Marvin, who was battling multiple myeloma. In fact, he has battled this blood cancer for 11 years. He and his wife couldn't' say enough good things about the blankets and appreciation they felt knowing others cared. He has received co-pay assistance from LLS and was very thankful to have that financial assistance over the years. He was happy to have the blanket and to get his picture made. Jamie and the other employee were so gracious and kind to the patients. They also took the time to put a message of hope into each blanket packet. These will be treasured by every patient when they get their blanket. It was a great day and good example of Where Love Meets Hope.
